About the Author
I'm EMil Wu, a member of the Positive Grid web team, and the author of this AI Agent Developer Notes series.
This series grew out of my own experience exploring AI Agent tools: starting from confusion about why Skills don't work across platforms, gradually understanding the essential differences between Model, Runtime, and Context, and eventually building a workflow mindset I can keep refining.
The motivation is simple: these are the things I wish someone had told me when I was starting out.
The series covers 11 articles across two tracks — "Technical Foundations" (architecture, tooling, Context engineering) and "Workflow Mindset" (workflow thinking, the refinement cycle, Agent Team evolution).
